GeeLearn is an innovative online learning company that is focused on the design, development and funding of quality products for adult learners, especially professionals. We work in partnership with institutions of higher education, corporations, non-governmental organizations, experts and course authors to build and deliver learning experiences that are convenient, motivating and rich in content.
Our team recognizes the shift in online learning delivery to tablets and mobile devices, also known as m-learning, and we build for this hardware. In addition, we understand social media and how to build interactive learning communities. GeeLearn also offers rapid course development and uses lean elearning development methodologies. We stay up-to-date on technologies that can assist with such implementation. Moreover, we focus on building case-based,problem-based, and experiential learning offerings.
Our crowdfunding platform and service enables providers to test new courses on markets, both retail and wholesale, and also to reward early buyers whose advance interest and payments both catalyze and resource course development. We can help with securing sponsors and striking partnerships.
GeeLearn can cover the world’s largest languages. We can deliver online learning to the English-speaking world, Mandarin-speaking China, and Spanish-speaking Latin America. Our content development team can both translate and localize elearning for these three large markets, allowing a new offering to globalize rapidly. In addition, we help secure international strategic partnerships for distribution, while assisting our clients with the marketing of their online learning courses.
About Michael
Michael Clouser is an elearning professional with 20 years of experience in the industry . He has founded multiple companies in the internet space. Michael incubated CourseInfo, now Blackboard, as the CEO at Student Agencies, Incorporated, which was affiliated with Cornell University. Michael developed multiple elearning offerings, incuding one for his own startup firm, iLodging, in the early 2000’s. Michael earned the BS and MBA degrees from Cornell University. He also earned the MSc degree from the University of Edinburgh and completed PhD research there as well before taking a leave of absence to start a new elearning company.

Hi, I’m a videograper, UI designer and eLearning specialist. I’m from China and currently live in Edinburgh, which is one of the most beautiful cities in the Europe. I enjoy learning online. A well-designed online course or an inspiring online presentation such as a TED Talk excites me. Learning has never been so enjoyable and fascinating until now. I wish I had been taught in this way when I was a child, and thus I could have started enjoying learning at much earlier age…
Following my passion about online learning, I have been designing and developing eLearning courses with subject matter experts at the top universities and institutions in the UK.
I completed my MSc in Design and Digital Media at the University of Edinburgh, also MLitt in Publishing at the Tongjing University in Shanghai, China. Before I came to the UK, I was a TV director for a sport/tennis programme. I also worked in Mission Hills Golf Club, which accredited as the world’s largest golf facility by the Guinness World Records, as Assistant Director in the Membership and Marketing Department.
